Ethical constraints prevent us from identifying some of our client relationships. This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we collect, how we may use that information, and with whom we may share it. We also tell you how you can reach us to update your contact information or remove your name from our contact list.

What Information Do We Collect About You?
We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email from you. We collect information from and about you, and we are the sole owner of that information. National Student Legal Defense Network (NSLDN) allows you to sign up to receive communications and resources. To do so, we ask you for certain personal information (such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and postal address).

Active Collection: Personal information may be collected in a number of ways when you visit NSLDN sites. We collect certain information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you make a donation, send us an email or sign up to receive email or text message updates, fill out a form, connect through a social feed, sign up to be a volunteer or host an event, or request information. Such information may include personal information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, geographic location, and credit card information. We may also collect demographic information you may voluntarily provide from time to time, such as in response to questionnaires and surveys, including gender, ethnicity, education, and interest information. Passive Collection: When you use NSLDN sites, some information is also automatically collected, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring web site, and your activity on NSLDN sites.
